2007 First crash test on Motorcyclist Restraint System (ex EN1317-8 now CEN/TS17342)
Tests on road restraint systems for motorcyclists are carried out using anthropomorphic dummies instrumented with load cells and accelerometers positioned in the head, first cervical vertebrae and thorax.
The AISICO Test Center performs tests in compliance with the Spanish UNE 135900 standard and the Technical Specification CEN/TS 17342; for these tests, too, AISICO operates in accordance with the certification issued by Accredia (certificate no. 0424) pursuant to the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard. It is also possible to carry out tests with any parameter of speed, angle of impact and position of the dummy.
