FIA Trials.

Since 2023, Aisico has been accredited by the FIA – Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile – as a laboratory for conducting tests for the homologation of equipment for use within circuits for sporting activities.

The regulations for which AISICO is accredited are as follows:

• Safety Barriers, in accordance with FIA Regulation No. 3501-2017 (Safety Barriers). The test consists of two frontal impacts on the barrier of a trolley(trolley) of 780 kg mass.
• Debris nets, in accordance with FIA Regulation No. 3502-2018 (Debris fences). The debris net must be successfully subjected to two tests: the launch of a steel ball of 780 kg mass impacting the net at a height of 2.20 meters with an angle of 90° and a speed of 62 km/h and the impact of a vehicle of 1000 kg mass launched at a height of 2 meters with an impact angle of 20° and a speed of 122 km/h
