Accreditations and certifications.

The achievement of the ISO 9001 quality, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety and ISO 14001 environmental management certifications, issued by DNV, represent Aisico’s dedication to playing its role as an industry leader in a responsible and future-oriented manner, by creating a positive impact on the community.

Test Center

The AISICO Test Center is an Accredia accredited laboratory (certificate no. 0424L) that complies with the requirements of the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard for carrying out impact tests on road devices and energy-absorbing systems used in railways and on entire railway cabins, in accordance with the European standard EN 15227 and with the most important European and American standards.

In 2018 AISICO was the first in Europe to obtain UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation also for Numerical Simulations according to the standard (former Pr EN16303:2018 now UNI EN 16303:2020)

Laboratory

Established to support testing and research activities, the laboratory is accredited by Accredia (certificate no. 0424L) for the most significant tests of building materials characterisation and weathering response, fatigue tests on components and products, acoustic and mechanical tests of anti-noise systems and Adrienne. The laboratory operates in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and for the performance of in-situ acoustic tests in accordance with EN 1793 and EN 16272.

CE Marking

Since 2011 AISICO has been recognised by the European Commission as a Notified Body for the issuing of the CE 2131 Reg. (EU) no. 305/11 marking and accredited by Accredia with certificate no. 0324PRD on safety barriers, attenuators, noise barriers, vertical signs and lighting poles.
